the company insured?

substantial Employers and Public Liability
Insurance.
Can I only contact the office during business
hours?
You
may contact Global HomeCare Ltd 24 hours a day.
If an emergency occurs you can be sure of
speaking with knowledgeable staff who will deal
with any problem presented.
Are the Carers interviewed?
All
Global HomeCare Ltd carers are interviewed in
person, not by telephone or by post, and in all
cases three original references are taken up. We
do not under any circumstances accept copy
references supplied by potential carers.
Do you train your Carers?
All
carers are interviewed and attend a specific
Global HomeCare Ltd training and induction
course. This is followed by an in-house manual
handling course given by our qualified trainer.
Carers are also routinely invited to attend
specialised courses.
Do you have a confidentiality policy?
Global
HomeCare Ltd has a strong confidentiality policy
to protect the information held on both clients
and carers and the company is protected under
the Data Protection Act 1994.
Are fees quoted including Value Added Tax?
All
fees are exempt of value added tax.
Are we registered with CQC (Care Quality
Commission)?
Global
HomeCare Ltd is registered as an approved
provider for CQC and is inspected annually. Our
