Purchasing your care

 

Choosing your care service with Global Homecare Ltd is straight forward and we are here to guide and support you through each step of the process.

You may be considering care for yourself or for someone else. We can help and advice, enabling you to make the right decision.

 Step 1

Take a look at the services that we provide and choose those that you require.

 Step 2

Ring or contact our office to discuss your needs. We will schedule a no obligation meeting to discuss your requirements.

 Step 3

In partnership with you, we will then develop and put in place a package of care to suit your specific needs. The cost of care will also be clearly explained.

Individual Needs – Visiting you at Home

We recognise that all people who use our services are individuals and have their own special needs. Before any service commences a supervisor visits in order to make an assessment of the help required.

After discussion we draw up a Care Plan, which includes details of what tasks are to be performed, and a copy of this plan is given to the Service User. It is during this visit that our work is explained, including details of whom to contact if you're unhappy with the service.

We will assign a Carer from our team that is capable to deliver the unique type of service that is required. In the event that your regular Carer is unable to attend, you will be notified of the change immediately.

Family

We know that relatives of the Service User often wish to be involved and to have our service explained to them. We therefore welcome relatives are present at this early planning stage and to be fully involved in drawing up the Care Plan.
