All Care Plans are reviewed on a
regular basis at intervals which are agreed when
the Plan is drawn up. However, we appreciate
that things can change suddenly and a review can
be arranged at very short notice.
Quality Assurance is the key
aspect of the role undertaken by Global
Homecare. Our Quality Assurance Manager has over
25 years of experience in the care industry. Our
team will make regular visits to ensure that the
service is satisfactory. Spot checks are also
carried out as part of our Monitoring and
Quality Assurance systems and any concerns are
immediately conveyed to the Principal Care
Manager for action.
